• 5+ years' experience in a senior administrative role.
• A fundamental understanding of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. 
• Experience liaising with clients, service providers, and key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Experience using Dropbox, Canva & Adobe.
• Familiarity with LEAP Legal Practice Management Software or similar.

Reporting to the Principal Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our office, supporting our team (including lawyer, estate planning co-ordinator, estate management co-ordinator, conveyancer, legal assistants, accountant and marketer), and providing high-quality client enquiry management.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

• Primary point of contact for enquiries from new and existing clients
• Calendar management and appointment setting
• Reminders and rescheduling appointments
• Email and physical mail management.
• Ongoing client liaison and community building
• Scanning and digital filing
• Manage general payments and incoming invoices
• Oversee office operations including: cleaning, maintenance, stationery orders, office supplies, payments and purchases, IT set-up and data management
• Developing admin processes and procedures to help our team work smarter
• Attend will signings and other client-facing appointments when required
