For too long, the law asked us to ignore the humans it was there to support. So we decided to shake things up.
Our MO is kindness, compassion, and care, with a big dose of laughter (if you're the kind of person who doesn't take life too seriously). We put people before processes, forms, and tick boxes because after more than 20 years experience in estate and family law, we know life can be big, emotional and complicated. Being asked to consider your own mortality or navigating life after someone has died requires someone who can ask the right questions, hold space for the answers, help navigate a landscape of ever-changing legal requirements, and avoid avoidable problems. Not someone who makes you jump through hoops and park your human-ness at the door.

Fiona has over 15 years experience working in litigation, family, and estate law in Adelaide and The Adelaide Hills. A graduate of Adelaide University Fiona is a keen hiker, mum of five, wife of one, and is convinced she'll talk herself to death one day.
In September 2022 Fiona was awarded the SA Woman Emerging Woman In Business Award in recognition of her passion for changing the face of estate planning and creating a business that supports her wider community.
